our policy
PRICACY POLICY:
When we do work for you, we take our videos and photos and edit them for you to look as best as they possibly can. We then take these edited products and use them to promote ourselves (website, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook & LinkedIn). When we are ready to provide with the finished products, we will send you an invoice for our payment, otherwise we can't give you our work that we are being paid for! We will always provide a release form for you to sign BEFORE we do our work.
*If there is anything that you don't want us to video or have photos taken of to promote, please email us prior or day of shoot*
RELEASE FORM:
Before we can come and do what we do best, we will be providing a release form for you to sign. On this form we will briefly explain what will happen to the photos & videos that we take in order to help our business. If you have any needs or suggestions that you would like us to apply to our work for you, let us know in an email or on the day. Remember, if you're not happy, we're not happy. If you ever have concerns or questions about the form, let us know!
*Please email of the signed form prior to the day of shoot, if the property/owned residence we are using is not yours, we require a second form to be singed by the owner*
*Late cancellation fee Approx AUD$100.00 - within 24 Hours*
