At Bluebug Media, as a professional photography service located in Victoria Point, we have established ourselves as a family-run small business to guarantee you will be our number one priority. What we do is our passion, we care about capturing every moment on camera with dedication and precision, therefore providing you with the best possible material for you to work with. Whether you're an agent selling a house, or have a job for photographers for commercial purposes, we want to hear from you.

our policies
PRICACY POLICY:
When we do work for you, we take our videos and photos and edit them for you to look as best as they possibly can. We then take these edited products and use them to promote ourselves (website, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook & LinkedIn). When we are ready to provide with the finished products, we will send you an invoice for our payment, otherwise we can't give you our work that we are being paid for! We will always provide a release form for you to sign BEFORE we do our work.
*If there is anything that you don't want us to video or have photos taken of to promote, please email us prior or day of shoot*
RELEASE FORM:
Before we can come and do what we do best, we will be providing a release form for you to sign. On this form we will briefly explain what will happen to the photos & videos that we take in order to help our business. If you have any needs or suggestions that you would like us to apply to our work for you, let us know in an email or on the day. Remember, if you're not happy, we're not happy. If you ever have concerns or questions about the form, let us know!
*Please email of the signed form prior to the day of shoot, if the property/owned residence we are using is not yours, we require a second form to be singed by the owner*
PAYMENT:
When we are ready with everything finished & edited, we will send you an invoice from PAYPAL, this invoice will be provided by email.
*A PAYPAL account is not required to complete the invoice*
PHOTOS & VIDEOS:
When payment is processed, we are now ready to give you what you paid for! What we do is simple, we will created an album on Google Photos with the address as the name. When they are all there and ready, we will create a link & send it in an email for you and you alone to download and use them as you see fit. Please do not share the link or give access to any other third party or we will have to take legal action.
GOOGLE PHOTOS:
With the Google Photos link, we will allow a time frame for you to download the photos and videos that you need. This will be provided in the email that we will send to you, we usually allow at most *ONE WEEK* from payment for you to get all you need. However, if you need a longer time frame, you will need to notify us in an email or the day of shooting.
CANCELATION:
Sometimes scheduling doesn't go to plan, if the day of shooting is unable to happen due to unforeseen weather issues or circumstances, e.g your car or ours breaks down, you won't be charged. If you decide you need to cancel an appointment, please email us as soon as possible. If an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours prior to the day of shooting, you will be charged a late cancelation fee.
*Late cancellation fee Approx AUD$100.00 - within 24 Hours*
